Is it true that the Governments might be hidding this kind of truthness from us? According to some people, the Governments know that a catastroph will happen on Earth, in a scheduled period, but they are covering it up so that in those days only a few high ranking and rich families will survive...

  1. Nibiru does not exist.

It is just a myth which mysteriously propagates (mostly because of the History Channel and YouTube)

If it did exist we would have found it by now. We have mapped the sky in the infrared several times in the last 25 years (including WMAP, IRAS etc), and it would show up. It is not there. We would have found it if it existed. So all the nonsense about the return of Nibiru/Planet X is just that – nonsense

There is no scientific evidence for the existence of Nibiru

Furthermore, at the distance it must be to hit us in a little over 4 years, it would be reflecting enough light from the sun to be detectable.

Thanx to previous question from Brant and answer from bikenbeer2000, we know how bright it should be by now – it would have a apparent magnitude of 7.4 – which would not be visible with the naked eye – but easily visible in a modest telescope and would have been spotted by amateur. If there was a conspiracy to keep it quiet – it would be out of the bag by now.

Ask someone where it is supposed to be, get a pair of binoculars and look for it.

The videos on YouTube that purport to have evidence are disingenuous to say the least. They put together pictures of other objects (e.g. Jupiter, comets even a dust shell around a distant red giant star) and try to scare people. There is no validity to their claims. They present NO EVIDENCE at all.

As for the predicted catastrophes – the most popular one seems to be the Pole Shift!

The sun will have a pole reversal that year – it has one every 11 years – it is not a problem.

The earth’s magnetic field is less predictable –

but is still nothing to worry about: we know that the magnetic field does not collapse in the process of reversing polarity- if it did, there would be major extinctions that correlate with the geologic record for pole reversals - there is no correlation.

It's all a silly hoax - ignore it!

  2. This Nibiru stuff was supposed to happen back in 2003.  Incredibly, there are still sites up on the Internet which make that already-failed prediction for 2003.  So Sitchin and his addle-brained worshippers were wrong and they pushed the date back to coincide with the 2012 bunk, which has become popular more recently.

That's how things work in the wonderful world of television, Internet, and popular press.

There is no Nibiru or Planet X.  There never was.  Any planet of that supposed size would have been visible in amateur astronomers' modest telescopes years ago, if it was on an orbital path which would bring it near us in 2012.

Here's a brief history: Sitchin's predictions failed in 2003.  They pushed back the date.  People pointed out that this thing should be visible to astronomers all over the world.  So they made up some nonsense about how it is only visible from Antarctica.  (Anything visible from Antarctica would be visible from the entire southern hemisphere.  This is simple astronomy.  I know this stuff.)  So when it appeared that the Antarctica excuse failed, they now jump on to the double-fun explanation of a conspiracy of silence.

There is no planet coming our way.  Watch.  In 2012, they'll push the date back farther or come up with another doomsday/conspiracy myth.

  3. don't be ridiculous.

of nibiru was going to be in our vicinity in 2012 it would have already been detected, extensively photographed and studied. you don't hide something that big. where is it?

the only possible conclusion is that you too have been sucked in by a cruel and cynical hoax. you should know better.

  4. Yes, but the real Flash Gordon will save us from the evil emperor Ming, so somehow we'll all survive.

  5. No, it is not true. There is no such thing as Nibiru, and December 21, 2012 will be a more or less perfectly normal day in human history. There is no scientific reason to believe that Nibiru even exists or that December 21, 2012 is any more likely to have an apocalypse happen than any other day. All the 2012 armageddon bullcrap is based on nothing more than numerology and people's overactive imaginations. Seriously, if the world was going to end due to numerological or religious reasons, it should have already done so:

  6. The answer is still the same as in the 1800 other  questions about this stupid 2012 idiocy.

    NO

  7. No.  Scientist would have altered us to this by now and nearly anyone with a decent telescope could see this object heading towards the Earth with only 4 years to go

  8. December 21st is the end of our galactic cycle, which mean that our solar system will be aligned with the center of our galaxy. Such even happen every 26'000 years. I don't think that what will happen on that day can EXACTLY be describe but science talk about pole shift and high solar eruption.

Everything is magnetism and to illustrate let's use the example of water going down a sink. It goes down with a left rotation on the north hemisphere and right rotation in the southern hemisphere. It is talked about that our earth will change rotation side and that we will experience a rotation of our pole, meaning our north will not be the same north. Science has past proof of such events. All this will create havoc on earth with mega tsunami, tornado, volcano, huricane. One thing for sure is that around that time I won't be 200 miles anywhere the coast.

Yes Nibiru is coming toward us but not in the specific date you talked about in your question. When ? I don't know and I don't think someone knows exactly. Yes I also beleive in your question's comment.

Asking a question openly here on yahoo will not give you real fact or anything else. People love to give their opinion, but that doesn't mean it is true of false...just their personal point of view, nothing else.

I would recommend you to do you own research. There are plenty of website where you can find good information.

Good luck and give me a call in 2013.

  9. Yes, and if you jump high enough at just the right time, you can get back to your home planet.

  10. "here's your sign"

  11. No, none of that is true.

There is no planet called Nibiru. Amateur astronomers often find new comets just by scanning the sky with telescopes, looking for new stuff. If there were any planet as large as Nibiru is said to be, MUCH larger than a comet, and if it were in a very elongated orbit that comes near the Sun only once every so many thousands of years, like Nibiru is said to do and as Comets do, and if it is supposed to pass between Earth and the Sun in only 4 more years, then orbital mechanics tells me that it is already close enough to see with the smallest telescopes. It might even be visible to the naked eye, depending on how big and how light colored it were. No government could keep that a secret from all the millions of people like me with their own telescope and who look at the sky all the time, often intentionally looking to find new things and get famous and have the new thing named after themselves.

  12. Nibiru (Planet X) has always been confused with the Great Destroyer Comet - which in the past wrecked havoc upon our solar system - causing major catastrophes in the past.

You will find that information here

    (also www.figu.org [English Discussion Board])

I researched into this particular information source for the past 5 years, and have found it worthwhile.  There is a lot of content to take in....

Oh, it is no longer a danger to us...
