Is it true that, yrs. ago, Monica & Brandy got into a fist fight @ an awards show over THE BOY IS MINE?

Someone told me that, & she said that they had a fight over whose song it was. & she said that Monica beat Brandy up.

But I can't imagine that happening.

Absolutely false.  It was all a set up to make it "look" like they really recorded the song over a "boy" but it was all false.  The duo went on to record more songs together.  They never got into a "real" cat fight or anything.  It was all for the song.  They actually got along quite well.

i never heard that but i dnt think its true

when that song came out there were alot of rumors out saying they didnt like each other & could jus be part of one of those rumors
