I believe they do.  And because of the oil lines up there, there population has grown tremendously (because of the heat that comes off of them, allowing them to sustain life in the winter).  They have given her an approval rating of 98%, which is only slightly higher than the 80-90% approval rating that their human counterparts give her.

I dont know. Alaska has about 600,000 people...that is, the entire state has roughly 1/10th the population of the City of Chicago and actually 170,000 fewer than the city of San Francisco.
