Is it true that America is changing it's national symbol?

I have heard it is being changed from the eagle to a condom as apparently it more accurately reflects the current administrations political stance.

A condom allows for inflation,halts production,destroys the next generation and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed

No, it's still the eagle.  But I appreciate the similarities between a condom and our current government.  Ironically, they now talk about considering contraception to be abortion.  Go figure!
