I heard on the news that Collingwood have got some girl ballet dancer to train the players to improve their balance and aerobic skills. The players jumped at the chance to do it because they all got to wear those skin tight pants and could show off their jiggly bits. They danced to the music of Swan Lake. They had a supporters night so they could watch and when the female fans entered the gym the DJ played the tune of Baby Elephant Walk.

  1. This is not new. Ron Barassi introduced the ballet exercises many years ago for stretching the hamstrings. This is  to avoid another Nathan Buckley problem.

Once a player has a hamstring weakness, they will always have it, unfortunately.

Ballet will add another dimension to flexibility and strength.

Skin tight pants are worn at training anyway, so unless their jiggly bits are exposed, there isn't anything to worry about.

  2. yes collingwood has ballet lessons

  3. Things arent going all smothly over at Collingwood and their ballet classes. There has been arguments between players. Many of them dont want to do the ballet in tights. They want to wear pink tutus but there is not enough tutus to go around and they are fighting over them.

  4. yeah i heard about the ballet lessons. we'll soon see if it helps..

  5. yes it's true, it helps them with balance, aerobics and jumping high to contest for the ball.
