Is it true that Compaq was getting sued for discrimination against workers, and compaq will shut down?

I was told today at work that Compaq was getting sued for discrimination against workers, and since it was such a big case, that compaq was gonna shut down. Is it true?

I'm pretty sure that Compaq shut down a long time ago, or at least stopped producing computers.  Not sure if it had anything to do with discrimination or not.

I searched the net and found nothing that says they are being sued for discrimination against workers. The company has already shut down and this is what I found for the reason.
