Is it true that Direct tv is going out of business? Know other Cable networks can offer NFL Ticket.?

My husband and I are huge football fans. We were ecstatic when we got Direct tv in our area. Because know other cable network offer the NFL ticket. I will be sadden if we had to switch to Verizon or Cox., Is it true that Direct TV is going out of business. Their revenue is outstanding; but I guess everyone has a price huh?.,

DirectTV is heavily promoting their NFL Sunday ticket right now.  In addition, they have a partnership with Sling Media to produce digital cable converter boxes for the government's coupon program.  These are actively shipping as we speak.  I don't see the US Government certifying a company going bankrupt or one that is spending millions in promotion for their football packages going bankrupt with an exclusive contract with the NFL.  The NFL would have otherwise partnered elsewhere.

Are you sure you aren't reading something from a while back when Direct and TiVo had a partnership that, ah, didn't work out so well for them?

it could be true because they cant compete with Cox and Verizion

I haven't heard anything about DirecTV going out of business. The NFL wouldn't have inked a long-term deal with them if that was the case.
