  3. I lived in Germany they have speed limits wow some people.  The do have the autobahn and you do not have a speed limit but if you get in an accident and they prove you didn't have control the penalty for speed to fast for conditions are fierce!

  6. Europe has speed limits just like the US you are thinking of the Highway in Germany called the "Autobahn" originally this road had no speed limit but in more recent times the are now adding limits do a wikipedia search on Autobahn.

  7. Europe most definitely has speed limits. There are some countries that have areas which are without posted "limits" but are regulated by conditions such as weather and other factors.

  9. No, it's not true.  Lots of european countries have a range of speed limits.  You may be thinking of Gernany where on their autobahns (freeways) they have no speed limit but that's the only case I know of.
