Yes, it is true after the guy has orgasmed he is not as hard as he was.  But not all hope has to be lost.  I'm not as hard as I was before I came, but it is not like the guy shrivels up and dies.  As many of the others were saying there is recuperation time before it is back at full mast.  You can make time pass a little quicker and more enjoyable by having a slower not so penetrating s*x while he is still inside you.  Since he's not fully erect you want more grinding than in and out.
