Rumor has it that he might play either villain? I also heard that Angelina Jolie and Kate Beckinsale are fighting for Catwoman...and Phillip Seymour Hoffman might become Penguin

I think the producers (or maybe the directors) wanted Johnny Depp to play Riddler and Angelina Jolie to play Catwoman but nothing is confirmed yet.
