Is it true that LIS Deepasthambham is now known as Sarvaiswarya Services?

Question

The website of Sarvaiswarya Services looks very much like LIS. Also, the scheme is similar to the banned Ernakulam-based LIS Deepasthambham Project and Jyothis Project. There is a blog in Malayalam on this new scheme that says so too. How can someone operate like this when similar schemes like Goodway was closed down and Rajeendran was arrested? Should not PV Chacko also be arrested?
