Some of the pictures were rumored to be taken of Miley Cyrus for Nick but others were just taken from her phone and leaked over the internet.

Miley sent the pictures to Nick over her e-mail "[e-mail]" which she canceled. They are not photoshopped at all. This did not bring the relationship to an end.
