I would say that 10% is a conservative number. Be prepared for the economy to really fall because we will be paying for Africa's misfortunes at the expense of our own country and children.

He will be taking A LOT MORE THAN 10%.  Bigger Government is NOT our answer.  Do you realize the ONLY sector growing in this Country is the GOVERNMENT SECTOR!!!!

He'll take more than 10%, and it won't go to Africa or Oprah, but to Al Qaeda  to fulfill his commitment to them.
