  1. My understanding is that he's in the oil industry, but not an executive.  I think he's a working stiff just like the rest of us.

  2. He works for BP.  Surprised?  As for the first person's answer - we have had one in the Oval Office for the past eight years, and look at how we are now!

  3. BINGO:   Palin and crowd are all big oil, just like the Bush Administration.   If they get into the white house, its another 8 years of senseless wars for oil "so that they can protect us", more destruction of our constitution and bill of rights, and moving more toward a police state.    I can't wait!   And, why are so many people very happy to throw away the constitution and their rights whenever someone says "national security" or starts waving the flag?

    Beware of false prophets.

Read Ron Paul's  "Revolution a Manifesto".

  4. No, he just works for the oil industry.  This is about as significant as someone from Michigan working for the Auto industry; that is what people in Alaska do.

Even if he was an executive, that wouldn't bother me.  I would hope that the spouse of a candidate for Vice President would be successful in his/her chosen profession.

  5. I'd rather have an oil executive then a left wing socialist lawyer.

  6. I hope so! I read he was an oil worker, but if he's an executive, the fact that she taxed the bejesus out of the oil companies so her state could take less Federal funding is even MORE impressive!

    Let's hope he is!

  7. No he's not

  8. Todd Palin is actually a blue collar worker on a BP oil field in Alaska.  IN addition, he is a commercial fisherman.

It doesn't matter, however, the media has ALREADY labeled him a BIG OIL EXECUTIVE, and if John Roberts, Keith Olberman and Chris Mathews say it, it must be true.

Even more disgraceful?  John Roberts questioning whether Palin's new baby with Down's Syndrome will now get the care it needs.

    BEYOND DEPLORABLE.

  9. Yes, he works for BP.

  10. Todd Palin  has worked for nearly 20 years as a production operator in the oil fields on Alaska’s North Slope, and he also is a lifelong commercial fisherman in Bristol Bay.

There is a big difference between production operator and oil executive.

Essentially Todd Palin is one of the little guys.

Sarah Palin has done some remarkable things for Alaska at the expense of big oil companies.

It's like the guy above me said. It's about as significant as meeting someone from Michigan who works in the automobile industry.

  11. Of Course it is not Ok With me. They are More concern about their wealth than helping the Economical problems of everyone else.
