Is it true that Philippine Police plants incriminating evidence to justify rub-outs?

Lot’s of government law officers shot and kill law breakers. More often, they do not leave their protagonist alive.

  1. Shoot to kill  means less lawsuits if wrong, all countries cops plant evidence  although usually the preferred stitch up is planting drugs


  2. Man I haven't heard of anyone getting "rubbed-out" since the 40's XP

    American cops do that too but mostly in huge cities like LA Chicago NY Houston Atlanta etc 95% of cops in USA, Mexico, Philippines may be a little corrupt like take a bride instead of giving you a speeding ticket or don't mind a little lie in court if they think you;re guilty (which makes the cop the judge and jury but anyway) but at the end of the day they  do what they have to do to protect citizens
