  1. Yes, because there are a few cases that the parents killed the children and then jumped off the building.

    It happened a few times so that's why the image of Tin Shui Wai is tainted.  


  2. Yes, its true and he is correct. Many tragic things happen as family violent happen and many end up being beaten or even killed in the end. Its pretty "eerie" sometimes but more towards being tainted and its not a very good place for the locals or anyone to stay as perceive by the locals.
