Is it true that a 9 year old can have twins?

I heard that one of my freinds sister's training to be a nurse and the head nurse was over at the other hospital delivering a nine year old's twins.

Humans can have multiple births, age does not matter.

It is possible if she actually developed that early. Most girls develop later.

it is possible for a girl of 9 to have kids but there may be complications during labor but yes its possible. Of course it is rare for a 9 year old to be pregnant, but yes a 9 year old to have twins
