  1. I guess so thats whay my mom said too. I finally cleaned mine...yahooo

  2. I don't know but that is what are parents keep saying so it must be true.  So is clothes left on the floor and your bed not made.

  3. Yes. The reason is..because it is cluttered.

  4. I doubt that ,my closet looks like a wreck on the Read Blvd exit.

  5. no that's just a way to get you to clean your closet

  6. Because if you hide in the closet there is only one way out, and if there is a fire you might be trapped by the clutter.

Thats my guess since I don't see how its a true hazard, unless its cluttered with oily rags and lit candles.

  7. It is mainly a fire hazard because if a wire in the wall has a short and starts a fire, more clutter gives the fire more fuel.

When I was little, my sister was an extreme messy.  My Dad took her to the big mulch piles and showed her how the stuff burned because the temperature got so hot in the center.  He told her the same was going to happen to the clothes she had piled up in her room.  I don't believe it would be truly possible, but I think it is funny anyway.

  8. Definitely not, unless there is a light bulb in the closet and stuff is piled close to it.

  9. I should think that any cluttered cupboard could be a fire hazard, because the more stuff you have piled up and in the way should a fire break out, (Which i hope for your sake it does not) the more the clutter the more to burn, just think about it.

  10. yes

paper and cloth can ignight with a spark

    i think that's pretty simple
