  2. possible yes

    likely no

    intentionally no

all software has vulnerabilities no matter what, most don't want to destroy your computer but use it as a slave/zombie computer to do what they want, any adverse affects from malicious software is poorly written code

  3. Dear Sir Are Miss

Yes this is really true because it has happened to me ok I lost my first yahoo answers account when I was on level 7 they took my password my user name every thing and plus I have also identity thief happened to me to ok. So my answer is yes it can I have to get new credit cards and other personal stuff done to ok.

  4. yes... and no! they can. but with anti virus, firewalls and a good isp, it is a tast for them to do. Plus a hacker wont just want to break into your computer out of the blue...

  5. Yes if your computer is insecure.

Steps I would recommend to secure the computer:

    1) Making sure there are passwords on ALL accounts of the computer

    2) Have an anti-virus installed (AVG Free is awesome and free)

    3) Setup a firewall. Windows has one built in and most routers will too.

These basic steps will help a lot with your computer's security.

  6. Yes, and if it's a "super hacker" like i call them, they can even go as far as messing up your whole system.

  7. Technically it's possible, especially if you download and install trojans.

  8. Sorry,

I thought about your question, researched available data then composed, perhaps the most brilliant answer I had ever crafted. I was so proud and certain it would be your best pick. Unfortunately just before sending it to you, some hacker got into my computer and deleted it. Yep, I guess they can get in and delete your stuff.

  9. yes, they can do anything. i had a hacker start opening and closing my cd drive , it freaked me out,. then he started changing my windows wallpaper to pictures of like his family and g*y pics and stupid things like that,.. this happened when i was a kid and was downloading things i shouldnt have been.

be careful with .exe files especially, be careful with things you download, always have anti virus programs running in background and do full system virus scans every week.

  10. Yes, but unless the hacker is extraordinarily talented, a simple firewall will keep him out.  Norton, Microsoft, etc. they all have a version of a firewall.  I prefer Norton (Symatec)

  11. yes it is

  12. yeah

  13. once a hacker gets into your computer, he/she can controll it from anywhere in the world. yes they can delete your stuff

  14. for starters yes... h**l, you could do that wil msn help a friend option.

  17. yes

  18. yes, and that's not the worst of it.  The worst is the hacker can take full control of your computer and s***w it up.

  19. just wrote this guide to give you some tips of which you may not have heard yet. Hopefully, it won't come to a hacker getting in, but if it does... Tip 1: Hackers cover their tracks. Experienced hackers cover them more thorougly, but amateur hackers sometimes leave things behind.

  20. Yes but there is no reason a hacker would want to hack into it if there is nothing the hacker wants.

Some anti virus software and firewall can stop hackers temporarily

  21. Yes, but only if they manage to hack your computer, which is really easy to do.
