  1. I can't afford gas so I guess I'll just stay at home and drink beer!

  2. since this is posted in the Philippine section i will assume you are talking about here in the Philippines. Yes it can be true depending on the brands and if you not count bottle deposit.  the sari sari store around the corner has red horse for 45 a liter bottle (plus 10 peso deposit on the bottle) while the petron station has gasoline for 56 a liter (up to 65 for super)

  3. zzz... so true... hmmm... beer... zzz...

  4. Urban legend I am afraid, 1 litre of beer costs about £5 or $10 where as a litre of petrol in £1. 20 or $2.40 bought both yesterday.

  5. It might be true or false ... depending on the brand of beer you compare the liter of gasoline.

  6. Wouldn't that be fun if it were!

  7. Three bottles of San Miguel would be a liter 3 x 18 = 54 pesos.

I guess the answer is yes, it is cheaper.

Moral of the story: Drink, don't drive!
