  1. This seems so bizarre to me because Ive read of cases where people possessing files on their PC get put away forever and other people who have actually molested children are out in a couple years.

Shouldnt it be the other way around.  Where is the victim here.

  2. I hope so--can't get any more disgusting then that.

  3. Yes.  Wake up.

  4. what do you mean "just 200"

Death would be better and I know 100,000,000 Dad's that would do it.

  5. Not nearly enough he should stay in jail forever or be put to death. These scumbags are a waste of human skin.

  6. 200 years? Probably. Child p**n is the last taboo.  Hated left and right.

  7. 200 what?  Days?  That's nothing!!!

Years?  Quite possible, as each photo has it's own charge or count, which is a seperate sentence.  So a five year conviction, with 40 counts, would be 200 years.  It all depends if the sentences are concurrent or consecutive.

  8. Generally in 'cases that 'shock the moral standards' of the community, a penalty is applied for every instance of the crime.  Like in forgery cases, you get one felony for every check you forge.  In counterfeiting, you get a felony for each bill you create.  The same thing in the disgusting world of adult literature.  Every photo or download would carry a separate charge and penalty.  Absolutely, it could add up to 200 years.

  9. You mean 200 years? Could well be. Multiple counts, Stacked sentences.
