  1. That just means, if you stand around waiting for something to happen it seems to take FOREVER.  If you have something else to occupy you while you are waiting. . . . BOOM it happens.

    Or as Mr Rogers used to sing "Let's think of something to do while we're waiting, anticipating, something new to do . . "

  4. its how it feels....... same thing with toast.  Watch and watch and nothing happens....... get distracted for a second and its either boiling over or the toast burns.

  5. It definitely takes longer..especially if you keep taking the lid off. Seems like it will take 4ever for the water 2 boil. I have learned to just start boiling the water, place a lid on it and come back after about 5 minutes. Keeping yourself occupied is the hardest part next to not taking that lid off.

    Make sure u remember that you put something on the stove or else you will have a mess on your hands!!
