Is it true that after having s*x for the first time, friends and family can tell you look different somehow?

like in movies and books after someone has s*x for the first time, others notice something different and comment on it. and in some cases the parents automatically know that their kid had s*x like an instinct, is that true?

No, it's not true.  However, your behavior may change, and people who know you well may detect that.  So it's not the look, it's the way you behave.
