for the most part, we are all related. however, since the mutation for light eyes is rather recent, people with blue eyes are more related to each other than they are to everyone else with dark eyes

if the article is correct, and a single mutation is responcible for blue eyes, then yes. All blue eyed people can trace their lineage back to an "Adam" or an "Eve" several thousand years ago. Of course, they are also related to all the other people on the planet, to a lesser or greater degree.

people with blue eyes have european/american indian in their heritage. when the europeans first came to america and established what is now known as the "lost colony", there were no indians with blue eyes. shortly after, the indians had blue eyes. it has been passed from generation to generation, occasionally skipping some. it's more of a gene thing.

Sort of.  Blue eyes are a recessive gene.  That means that two people with blue MUST have a blue-eyed child, but two people with brown eyes MIGHT have a blue-eyed child.  So blue-eyed people, on average, would have more closely related ancestors than brown-eyed people.

However, that's just picking at straws.  If you're going back into ancestry -- we're all related.
