Is it true that ancient Greeks had light hair and light skin?

How come they are so dark now? Could that be because they mixed with Turks?

No offence everyone, I'm not a troll, I'm just curious.

  1. It has been proven that Greek DNA matches than closest of that from Turkey and it’s origins are from Ethopia away from that of western Europe. The mixed European matches come from Spain, France and italy during their conquests of Greece. The Italians with the Roamn EmpireThe Spanish under the Aragonese and Catalan Conquest of Athens and Neopatras along with Castilian merrcanaries in the 1300s along with the (French) Franks. Built a Latin empire in Greece for 200 years along with the French. There was a Catholic church/castle on top of the Acropolis until the 19th century. The Greeks only had trading ports in Spain and Italy during its ancient times not by conquests. Spain, Italy and France have more European/ Ayran/Germanic Tribe bloodlines (Visigoths/ Celtic/Vandal/Frank/Gauls/Ostrogoths) than Greece and thus are lighter.
