Is it true that cassava yam or yuca helps ovulate?

I'm not sure if that's true. But You can slice, and peel the yucca, and throw it in to cook with a beef stew. My husband enjoys peeled yucca boiled (or steamed). He then slices it and put lime, and powdered mexican chile. They kinda resemble a cooked potatoe when cooked and sliced. I personally don't care much for the flavor or texture. but anything is worth a try! Good luck!

I never heard that, try those ovul kits but they are pricey.
