  4. no...it may be less healthy than some other fish, but it tastes much better. Any food has at least some nutritional value...even pure sugar gives carbs, and can provide energy

High in protein, B vitamins, vitamin D, as well as a few minerals  Low in fat and calories.  Lots of nutritional value.  It just doesn't have the good Omega-3 oils that many cold water fish have.  Check out http://www.nutritiondata.com/facts/finfi...
