Is it true that certain states are considering moving the age in which one may begin driving to 18?

I heard that if your birthday was past October of 1994, that a new law was taking place in which teens couldn't drive until they were 18. Truth or rumor?

I've been hearing that same thing starting from those born 1991 and later. Now it changed to 1992 and then 1993. So I dont believe any of that unless I hear it on the news. Do some research, maybe you'll find something. Note that A LOT of adults are fighting to get the legal driving age raised to 18.
