  1. Yes. That was reported on about 6 months ago. Should not be that hard to find. I am sure someone on this site will have the particulars.

  3. Most good National Geographic specials on wild animals will show chimps using tools to get food. I can’t remember how many times I’ve seen it with me own eyes.

  4. I don't know about spears exactly but they have been seen using sticks to go ant fishing, they love ants, don't know why but they do.

  5. It has been known for a long time that they use tools.  They haven't been able to chip a stone into a tool.  I believe the primate center has tried to teach them and so far all attempts have failed.
