Is it true that coffee actually stunts your growth?

I have a friend that says coffee stunts your growth?? is that true?? Plz help :) Thx. (resources would be nice:)

    My grandmothe always would say that, and I belived her, until I read otherwise.

  3. Absolutely not!!! I am the only one of eight siblings who drank coffee from age forteen (when I was the skinniest and shortest in the whole neighbourhood) and now I am the tallest and healthiest of my seven brothers and sisters. Take that into consideration . By the way I am 6'3"".

  5. I don't believe so. All the men in my family have been drinking large amounts of coffee all of their lives and we are all over 6 feet tall. But then again maybe we could be even taller if we didn't drink coffee...but somehow I still doubt theres any scientific evidence that it does indeed stunt growth.

  6. No I've been drinking coffee since I was 5 and I am 5'6".
