Is it true that contact lenses can make you blind?

Contacts won't make you go blind on their own...but misuse and carelessness with them can cause some serious problems.

People who don't use common sense , and over wear them continually , and not cleaning them well run into all sorts of problems.

When the person sticks to a reasonable wearing schedule and cleans them well, there is rarely any problems.

I heard that they can worsen your eyesight over time, but I don't wear them, so I'm not positive.

No but if not used properly(cleaned properly) can cause bad infections etc...
