Is it true that disney got the show hannah montana from an episode of that's so raven?

i ask this because i read somewhere that there was an episode called going hollywood in that's so raven about a girl on a tv show who went to a normal school and wanted be a normal girl. is it true that they really got the idea from that episode to make hannah montana or is it just a coincidence?

Yeah. Raven wanted to be normal cuz she's physic. And Miley/Hannah

she wanted to go to school like a normal girl going to a normal school.

Since i am a big Fan of both its actually true that the producers of Hannah Montana got the sort of idea about the not normal girl going to a normal school acting like a normal girl from raven since raven only told her friends about her abnormality and that's what miley did she only told her friends that she was hannah montana, One of the producers from that's so raven is not an assistant producer on the set of hannah montana, because she knew the whole story about that's so raven so she told some big producers form hollywood and they likes that whole abnormality thing and came up with the hannah montana idea!
