Is it true that flight attendants of KingFisher airlines go through "page 3" interview with Vijay Mallya?

I hear this from lot of people that Vijay Mallya interviews each and every flight attendant he hires and all of them HAVE to go through the Page 3 interview. I even heard that, one girl was asked to take of his clothes and do a cat walk.

Is that true? or just the rumors?
