  1. Hard to say.  We did this with some furniture, and got some 'warranty' with it.  We called when we got some stain on it, and 3 weeks later (not the 48 hours as advertised) some old guy with a steam cleaner came out and cleaned it.

    Personally, I think you are just paying for (like insurance) the chance someone will have to come out and clean it for you.


  2. who knows if they ever really put it on at all.......I bought new furniture and it cost 50 bucks for the protection for our couch...it's something they just put on before they deliver it......but you never see them do it.
