no, that's the silliest thing ive ever heard, if that was the case more s*x therapist would recommend horseback riding for women who have problems with s*x and if it worked for women why would it not apply for men as well.

I have never heard of this and I don't see how the two are related. If you are thinking about s*x just because you are sitting on a horse you definitely have some issues.

Yea and men who ride bike as well. I ride bike and f*ck for hours. My s**+ts on rocket mode.

It seems like it works for guys, but it hasn't really done much for me.  Especially not after riding.  Maybe they think girls develop a higher s*x drive because of the horse's movement underneath, but just like regular s*x, it can get tiresome when the guy is only rubbing against you.  Then again, every girl is different, so who knows?
