Nate Campbell Vs. Baby Bull is a perfect example(baby bull could barely make it back to his corner and actually wanted to quit the match because of Nate's body work). Andy Lee would have stayed un-defeated and knocked-out Brian Vera if he followed this strategy and no doubt that Michael Katsidis would have stayed un-defeated and knocked out Joel Casamayor if he had only stuck to the body.

Stick to the body and the head will follow...especially against the hispanic boxer?

  1. No usualy quite the opposite latinos are known for being "able" to take shots to the body.

  2. when you give alot of body shots it lowers your opponents hands which in turn allows easier shots to the head...many fighters out there rely on brute strength and go straight to the head but a more technical fighter will throw alot more body shots.....i dont personally believe in latino boxers find it any harder than any other fighters out there

  3. No That Is Not True.  It Is About As True As The Blogbabble Is A Liked Person.

  4. It's a common boxing myth. I think it started because Mexican boxers usually have good chins and some body figured to hurt them you have to go to the body.
