  2. Food is food, only the food police have something against fast food. The only reason why is because many big corporations are fast food companies. The food police are comprised mainly of socialist and communist minded people, no joke. I've figured them out. All the soccer moms that run around worrying about this c**p are idiots.

  3. Depends what you get.If you get salads and take out dressing or just the kid meals and work out NO.

    But if you get big burger and fries and not workout..YES fatty for real.

It depends on what you eat (i.e. a cheeseburger versus a salad), how active you are (i.e. do you have a desk job where you do little movement or do you have to walk around a lot(like a mailman)), and your genetics(your body--some people have higher metabolisms than others and that changes throughout your life)

    Just look at the Caloric value of what you're going to eat. If you're not a very active person and do not have a high metabolism you shouldn't eat 1,000 Calories in one sitting, but if you're an athlete and are in constant motion you might HAVE to eat that much so you don't wither away.

  7. actually our teacher told us that  the meat gives you proteins. And all the oil,cheese and mayo have a lot of fat in them. Only if u alternativley eat them. People say its unhealthy but i read an article and it said pizza is healthy food!! *yay to all junk food luvers*!!

  9. not necessarily. there are a number of factors that could cause you to gain weight after eating fast food everyday for lunch. for instance: your age, you body composition, the amount of food you eat at lunch each day, how much you exercise, your metabolism, etc... But, most of all: what you consider "fast food".......  (McDonald's? White Castle? Steak & Shake? SUBWAY...????? Chipolte? Publix subs? ....)

  10. Yes it can be true not only is it bad for you. If there is no other way to not eat fast food everyday then make sure you exercise as much as you can to hopefully reduce the risk.

  14. It depends on what you choose to eat

    If you choose something like: KFC chicken, Big Mac and various other burgers then this is very unhealthy.

    Because fast-food-restaurants are trying to turn they're foods around a bit you can also now grab: WATER, SALAD, VARIOUS JUICES, COFFEE, TEAS, CAPPUCINO and at times they also serve other healthy fruit choices.

    If you do decide though to eat lots of fast food JUST EXCERCISE ...otherwise you will be fat :D

  16. If you eat TOO MUCH of ANY food you will get FAT. If you sit on your dead *** and eat you will get fat. If you have 1 beer a day, it's just a drink. If you have 10-15 beers a day, you're an alcoholic. Now wasn't that easy?

  18. You can eat fast food every day. You just have to choose the healthier items. I am a manager for Subway.

    We have healthy subs and not so healthy subs, we also have wraps and salads.

  21. I'm not fat and I eat fast food most of the time for lunch. It isn't true as long as you eat in moderation and exercise regularly.
