Is it true that if u get a toll free number, u can forward your private calls to that number & see who called?

ive been getting private calls since like march, they just call to hear my voice i guess because they never talk and i would really like to know who it is...i heard about getting the toll free number and forwarding my calls to that number it will reveal the number of who called.

is this true?

i dont wana wasteee money on somethingg that doesnt work
