  1. Personally no.  I sleep on my back sides etc and very rarely have any bad dreams

  2. from my experience i don't think so cause i one time had weird but good dream.

  3. It's different for everyone, but many find that they remain more lucid during their sleep when on their back. They are more aware of what is going on. In addition to that, many experience vertigo, sleep paralysis or a buzzing sensation when on their back. This is often linked to astral travel, and the consciousness leaving the body.

You can read more about these types of topics from author Robert Bruce at www.astraldynamics.com

  4. From my own experience, I find that is somewhat true. I had a few nightmares before and it happened while I was sleeping on my back. I have had a few somewhat bad dreams before when I was in that position (I was sleeping on either my back or sides). I think you're in a more active position while you're on your back with your body straight. I guess your dreams relate to your position of sleeping somehow.
