Is it true that if you are abducted by aliens, by law, NASA has the right to quarantine you?

My question, Peter, was if this was true. It is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard.

It does sound really crazy, but wouldn't you want someone like that quarantined?  I am sure NASA has contingency plans for such an event (even if it has never happened) and personally I think they probably should be quarantined.  Who could know how our bodies would react to alien bacteria and such?  So this may be one of those things that sounds crazy but is true.  I am sure the government has contingency plans for crazier things than this.

That's just what people say because 'quarantined by NASA' sounds so much nicer than 'detained in the mental hospital'.

But then, since no one has been abducted the law would be hypothetical.

EDIT: I agree.  It would be rediculous.  If such a federal law did exist it should be on the books somewhere, right?  If such a law were implemented there would certainly be a court case to test its constitutionality.  Sounds illegal to me.

No, it's not.  No one has ever been abducted by aliens, so there's no point in making a policy about it that would require NASA wasting tons of tax-payer money on people who had bad dreams or a bad psychologist.

Are you kidding?  NASA is in on it with the Greys...so they most surely have the right to take you away again!  All that matters is how much you protest against it.  They might leave you alone.  Or not...

I don't know anything about NASA, but I have seen in Discovery channel that some British insurance companies offer huge payments (i.e. millions of pounds) for women who have been impregnated by aliens.

Of course the hard part is proving it, but it certainly is worth a try.
