Is it true that if you do lots of situps and have strong abs, your punched will be stronger and harder?

  2. In a sense. The stomach is the core of strength to the body but it'll do no good if you have weak shoulder muscles, weak arm muscles or worse, weak joints. Imagine throwing a punch and feeling the rip of tearing tendons, the crack of bone or the limpness of wrist.

  3. Yes because it all has to do with the core muscles and indirectly on the strength of the punch.

  4. yes b/c that is where the power for punches from from. arms are simply an extension of the movement that goes from your feet to your body and eventually shoots through your arms and hands

  6. yeah, when u punch u twist and throw with ur abb muscles, the stronger they r, the more raw force u can put in it
