  1. depends on your body, caffeine stimulates your heart and nervous system so it does make you more awake and aware, but if you're extremely tired caffeine won't prevent you from sleeping, you'll still manage to fall asleep. Coffee can make it difficult for you to fall asleep only if you're not tired, if you're tired,  you'll eventually fall asleep guaranteed.

  2. i drink strong black coffee all the time morning noon and night no probs sleeping

  3. a cup of coffee does contain caffeine but no more than a cup of tea.  Non-stop coffee or tea (or coca cola) drinking will have negative effects but you don't need to give it up all together.  If you are concerned then all have decaffeinated alternatives but remember they use chemicals in order to decaffeinate.

  4. I believe so cause that always happens to me. I have a harder time falling asleep that night if I drunk coffee that day.

  5. Not at all it only hyps you up for 4 hours after you drink it at the most so drinking coffee say around 3 is fine even just not close to bed

  6. i am a coffie fan love the stuff. i drink it all the tme and never had any problems getting sleep.

  7. I must be one of those odd people upon whom caffeine has the reverse effect - if I drink coffee before going to bed I sleep like a log - so it all depends on the people concerned.

  8. I do not drink coffee but you can try drinking coffee and see for yourself if it would be difficult to sleep that day.

  9. Coffee has caffeine in it, and this will make getting to sleep difficult.

    xx

  10. maybe, but starbucks makes me calm. i hate the taste of coffee i only drink dbl chocolate chip frappacinos. and it tastes like all chocolate, i cant taste any coffee in it. and it actually makes me calm.

but my sister is a different story haha.

i think its if you drink it within 5 hours of sleeping or something, cuz they all say dont drink caffeine after 5.

  11. Caffeine can make it harder to sleep but not normally if you have it at the beginning or middle of the day. It is recommended to not have any caffeine within at lest 4 hours of going to bed. Some people caffeine can last as long as 6 hours. It just depends on the person and you need to know yourself how you react.

  12. not at all times.. it depends on how much coffee you put in your cup

  13. the coffee it's not poison, you can try that to be sure.

  14. Maybe if you drink it at night, but not when you drink in the morning or the afternoon. Or early evening, I suppose.

  15. i am immune to caffeine.it is not unusual for me to drink a

high octane energy drink and fall asleep.

  16. I don't know what clinical trials prove, etc.  All I know is that I drink coffee all day, often take coffee as a night time drink, and sleep between 6 and 8 hours a night.  I do wake up occasionally, but just go to the loo, or have a drink of water and then go straight back to sleep.

Perhaps, if you have a predisposition towards wakeful nights the caffeine might not help...I think it depends upon the individual.

You do mean - night-time sleep, or are you being facetious?
