I recently heard that was a myth too, but I also heard that the underwires in your bra are dangerous and can cause problems. Maybe that's a myth too, but I don't chance it.

One of those myths. I just prefer not to sleep in a bra because it's more comfortable.

Totally a myth... now sleeping with a TV on, that can cause an increased chance of breast cancer.

I seriously doubt that but removing it occasionally may be good for your blood circulation.
