  1. i heard they do this in culinary school and it is true. i have never tried this but i don't eat beef that much and when i do i only buy if from this little country store that has grain fed beef.

this is the reason they say to cook meat thoroughly.

  2. You don't even need the cola. Just leave some ground beef out on an hot day and after a week or so you'll have worms. Well, more like maggots, but close enough.

Mixing cola and raw beef does not create any living creature in of itself, though.

  3. This is a new version of an old rumor about pork.

The reality is that the meat from domestically-raised animals are reliably free of worms and pouring Coca Cola over a slab of raw meat won't get you anything but Coke-marinaded meat.

  4. I've heard of it happening with raw pork so.. yeah probably.

  5. nope.

  6. IDK.....IT'S POSSIBLE

  7. as far as I heard that happen with pork ( Pork+ Cola= Worms )

but that is not true with beef ( Beef + Cola = NO Worms )

  8. I forget where I saw this experiment done but long story short, if the jar is COMPLETELY sealed, no worms will form. The worms come when insects get in.
