I think what you mean is that ejaculation takes longer because of lack of sensitivity.  It takes longer because you don't get the same feeling as you would natural, but the end result it the same.

It all depends on the quality and type of condom. If it is tipped one quick spurt. In case of full length and rough outer side, female will spurt first and your lordship in slow motion hence more.... ha ho.
