not if you sprinkle a little salt over the coffee in the filter first

NO!  here is the scoop..... if your rebrew cold coffee it will bring out the acids and make it taste like c**p... thats it  the truth.... try it one day and you will believe me.

mmmmmm I always use hot water,but hubby uses cold and his coffee is better.. now I know why.. Thank you for asking this question.

not necessary, but hot water is from your boiler and may be contaminated by the boiler! Always best to make drinks from fresh cold water directly from the main water supply!!
