even if it isn't true do you think it will work?

NO! It will make it worse. Try putting some tooth paste on it before bed and wash it off in the morning. That helps A LOT! Also, try rubbing lemon juice and tea tree oil on it.

YES.  This is true.  It will make some of the redness go away and shrink it down a little bit.  Ice makes swelling go down.  If your zit is a larger one, the skin around it is swollen.  Ice will help.  I've used it before.  

Ice is always used on swelling for injuries, why wouldn't it also work on your face?

it would make the swelling go down, but it ultimately does not actually help the zit.

i suggest using some sort of spot treatment like clean and clear's advantage acne spot treatment.

it has salicylic acid in it which helps heal it.

honestly ,the ice make it sometimes worse...some people use toothpaste and other stuff to remove zit...i advice you to go to the nearest pharmacy store and ask there about a cream or soething that make it goes down or cover it...

don't use ideas from the internet it can damage your skin ask some professionals

ice slows swelling, so theoretically it should lessen it.

don't pick or squeeze it as it will be open to bacteria and get worse, leaving a scar.

use unperfumed soap free face wash if you can get it, clearasil is also good and just wait it out.  it will be gone in a couple of days.
