research the difference between dependent and independent lausd charters. Your UTLA contract has specific language that lets you know your fate.

lausdnet has its own charter school section describing the timeline for resignation or end of leave.

my suggestion? go to the charter, find a teacher ask about their situation. yahoo answers is so big - most here do not teach in our district.
