Is it true that if your eyes blink a lot you are lying??

I have never heard this before but I would be interested in finding out.  I thought blinking was to do with cleaning your eyes of dust etc.

Not in all cases...some people may blink more yes...as a kind of nervous reaction but it is never set in stone that someone is lying if they blink alot. There are meant to be all kinds of body signals that can tell people if you are lying or not.

I don't think so. At least I've never heard of that.

I heard if you look from side to side alot they could be lieing.

No, people can have allergies or dry eyes.  Ever since it was talked about 20 years ago, the liars practice not blinking when they lie to your face.  Whereas the honest people just talk, talk, talk not caring if they are blinking.  So, you'll just have to use your best judgement to try to determine if someone is lying.
