  1. There have been  cases  in large and small organisations where  female employees have  sought redress  for  inappropriate behaviour of male  colleagues. Sexual  harassment   is not tolerated in most organisations and so in some cases women have been  compensated when their b*****s or butts have been  fondled. However  such cases are not common  and  those  that are brought to  the attention of  management  usually  are dealt with a disciplinary measure rather than financial penalty!.

  2. if it was id be running around a topless millionaire by now

  3. Well, if it is not consenual thats sexual assualt and yes I am pretty sure they can claim under the criminal injuries board, but I don't think it is very straight forward.

I would be very angry if somone touched my b*****s without consent, tho i probably wouldnt make a claim.

  4. That is not true at all. If you touch a womans b*****s you can get done for sexual assault. It is possible that the magistrate or judge may award compensation to be paid to the woman by you as part of your punishment. This happens with all assaults. But not all judges or magistrates order that compensation must be paid. In any event it is only a nominal sum, sat £20 or £30.

The woman cant claim any compensation, it is up to the judge.

  5. oooer ave not heard of that!!!

  6. Indeed it is true. After a good evening at the club, several of the chaps like to retire to one of London's racier establishments and spend a few hours examining chests and making appropriate compensation payments. Apparently it's an arrangement that suits everyone.

  7. Not if the man uses the back of his hand.

A court ruling in the 1970's set the precedent. If a man uses the back of his hand that can be classed as accidental.

    Now you know.

  8. You would need a character witness to say she shoves her body parts to encourage men to touch them and say there are mitigating circumstances, although if it's a lapdancing club that say the rules are no touching then you're not supposed to.

  9. Sadly there are women in the UK and elsewhere that will try it on. Best to stay away from them. Keep clear from 'making advances' until you're sure they won't be rejected and even then try to arrange for a witness. There do seem to be women about who would complain about ANYTHING if they thought they could sue for a few pounds.
